When I text I get "Message not sent: service not activated on network."  What do I do?

@PeterCo_2003037  Does that apply to all text messages or to certain numbers only?

@PeterCo_2003037 In your PM to me, you say it is all messages.

I'm wondering whether your phone is trying to convert all messages to MMS. If they are more than 300 kilobytes, then they are too big and will not send. It may also be that you have not set up MMS correctly in the Smarty settings.

Can you try sending a very short text to someone and see if that does work.
