I have recently setup my first smarty sim and all was working well. I started a new group, ordered a new service / sim which arrived. I activated the new sim and provided a pac code to attach the previous number. I find today that the number for the latest service has been assigned to my original smarty sim and the number assigned to my original sim is now out of service!! This is my bussiness number and need it working! Help!!!

The only thing I can suggest is that you start a chat with Smarty support ASAP (we are just customers here), although I don't know if they'll be able to do anything about it. I've seen other people on here have the same issue before, but I don't know if they were able to get the number back.
Out of interest, when you were submitting the PAC to Smarty, did it not say something along the lines of 'the number 447xxxxxxxxx will be replaced with 447xxxxxxxxx if you submit this request'?

thanks for the info. No I don’t recall seeing that. I don’t know how they : I have managed it, as I got the new sim serial number from the nes sim to activate it?

@nigelbe_2999175 I wouldn't mention that it is a business number if I were you because the T&C's specifically state that this service is for non-commercial use only.
