Speak to a Human OR can Smarty "PLEASE" send to my correct mobile number

Hi

I am getting VERY frustrated with not being able to talk or online chat to someone!!

In short, I am wanting to port over (initially one number to test the water, so to speak) from Vodafone to Smarty.

I did, along time ago open a smarty account for a data sim but that didn`t work out. Smarty are now auto sending the pass code to that number I believe (it`s certainly not a number I recognise!!)
Your system doesn`t allow to to change this to one of my current numbers (currently with Vodafone)

HELP PLEASE!

I want to become a Smarty customer BUT this is SOOOO frustrating. The number I am porting over can have the pass code

I hope someone can help with this

@dfresh When you post here, you are unfortunately not writing to Smarty themselves. We re customers lie you on this forum and so have no access to your account.

Have you checked that you are logging g into the correct account when you try to apply the PAC code? If you had a sim a while ago, there is a chance that the same account is live and they are therefore maybe sending details to that account.

If you have the two accounts together - that is, if you started  the new one as a 'nickname' sim, then you need to check that you are dealing with the correct account when you log in (top right hand corner indicates which account you are dealing with).
