Hello everybody. Is it possible to keep a Smarty sim active if you port the number to another sim? Thanks for you help.

@PeterTu_2121270 When you port a number, that is always to another network.
If you are having problems with the sim, you can get a replacement with same details via your dashboard - lost or stolen sim. Your account will be disabled until you activate the replacement.
