Can’t activate my sim it keeps saying awaiting number?

A few things might be worth checking.

If you are porting a number from a previous service provider, that could take a couple of days.

If you're not waiting for a number to port, it might be worth checking if you have got an active data, or voice and data plan on your phone/SIM.

Hopefully one of these two will help.

@AndrewJ_2172000  Assuming that you have already paid for a plan, then it may be worth turning phone off and then on. Also check your account dashboard to see what has happened. If all does not work, try a webchat with the Support Team.
