Had to renew my service after changing debit cards. Paid, setup a new renew. Waited the 2 hours. App thinks the sim is working fine. I have no service on my iPhone for past 10 hours. Done all the reset phone, take out sim, change apn settings. Nothing. Anyone any ideas?

@JohnCur_2321025 Does the web page also think your sim and Smarty plan are both active? (I find it more reliable than the app).
If the situation continues, you'll need a web chat with Support Team as they can check your account.
