Why isn’t my sim not working when I have done everything what it has told me to do.

As I don't have access to your account, I have not idea what you may have done, or reasons for your SIM not working.
We are the Smarty customer forum, just like you. While we can make suggestions that can help, we can't do everything, especially with little information to go on.

The problem is that if you do not carefully explain the problem, then nobody knows how to help you.
