@PAULHEW_2450251  You will need to have a web chat with the Support Team so that they can check your account and perhaps sort out another one for you.

Not sure why you waited this amount of time with your account blocked!

How do i start a web chat? I can't seem to find out how? I'm extremely stressed now.
