Hi, I transferred my old number. Number was transferred. I was able to ring out and receive calls. Then it stopped working. Now i don't have the smarty images at top of phone. In the smarty app it says my number is being transferred and can still use my old sim card which I've tried but old network sim card not working. I've tried switching on and off updating phone. Nothing. How long before my number gets transferred again and how long before I can use the rest of my smarty stuff like the 10 gigabyte of date comes on again? And the phone is glitching like mad now. I am so frustrated and annoyed. Any advice appreciated.
