Unfortunately, unless you are on a plan with a larger network provider then shortcodes will be charged for.
This is the price you pay for being on a budget network that piggy-backs another provider and needs to keep their costs low so that they can provide cheaper packages.
This is the same for all budget networks e.g. iD Mobile which also uses the THREE network.
Unless you use shortcodes a lot e.g. entering competitions etc, then paying for them each time is still far cheaper with a budget network than the larger providers.

@GedNoon_3091155 I have just checked that code and it doesn't seem correct - worth checking again.
They are usually at least 5 digits.

This may be an issue that you need to take up with that hospital because it is their provider who sets the cost and not Smarty.
