Please help me! I've been waiting for my sim to arrive but as my previous plan had expired and I'm changing my number hence new SIM and account so I  brought one from the shop but I can't activate it. What do I do pi?

Best to have a web chat with Support so that they can set your account to the new sim.

Normally a new SMARTY SIM is activated in one of two ways: 

  1. Login to your SMARTY account, and activate the new SIM from your account's dashboard.
  2. If you don't have a SMARTY account, visit the online page https://smarty.co.uk/activate.

If these options fail, as @MSF said, start an online web chat to get assistance from the support team.
