@Richard_2840340 At the Smarty log-in page, there is an option for forgotten password - did you try that?

Hi it’s the passcode on my phone I enter the code and it’s says incorrect

@Richard_2840340 You didn't mention that it was the phone!!
If it's an iPhone, I think you only get a limited number of attempts. not sure about Android.
Apple Store or independent phone shop?
