Hello,
I am currently in Portugal and my data is not working. I only get “E”.
I have changed my APN to mob.asm.net. I have tried every single local network. I have my roaming active and data set to 4G. And I have enough data on my plan. Still nothing.
Any suggestions? Thank you 🙂

I have the same problem. I’m currently in Romania I have followed the steps suggested on the smarty website (going to mobile data network and changing the mobile data /MMS APN to mob.asm.net. Roaming is switched ON. I’ve restarted the phone a dew times. I still o have internet . I specifically bought this plan because it said EU roaming was included, so quite annoyed that it’s not working ! Currently limited wifi.

Please publish in detail how this was resolved. I have been experiencing exactly the same problems for several months now and am yet to receive a satisfactory solution from Smarty.

Seems like I forgot to do the most basic thing which was clear all the fields, write them up again from scratch and restart my phone hahaha
