Hi.
I've been waiting for a replacement sim card now for weeks and recieved nothing. I have been trying to contact you but your website is so hard to navigate through.
I've not had internet access for over a month now and,I've not used my new sim at all as it wont work. You have taken money from my accout for a service I've not been able to use.
Please,please help me as I'm so stressed and upset I dont know what else to do.
