My SIM is broken - can no longer be read by my phone in either slot while other SIMs continué too work - but there is no 'manage SIM' option on my dashboard and I need to order a replacement SIM.

Ah, thanks. The one critical piece of information missing that others may find useful was that I needed to cut and paste the web links because android by default diverts them to the app. Your suggestion here gave me mind to try a bit harder to force the login via chrome.

@PaulGib_1985939 I had dialogue with another forum member the other day on just this theme. It seems that the Adroid version of the app and the iOS version do not the same interface/options.
I've never seen the Android version, but it seemed clear that we were 'speaking' at odds when I explained where to find this option. Again, it assorted by going to the web version of the Account Dashboard.
I freely admit to not being a fan of the app - this sort of issue bears it out! Perhaps worth you feeding back to the 'powers that be' at Smarty via a Complaint? Tell them it IS actually too much Malarkey!!!

I think they've already won. The prospect of fighting with their dumb first generation chat bot has already defeated my motivation.

@PaulGib_1985939 It's a bit easier with a Complaint I think - you can specify how you want them to contact you (up to 3 days).
