Itโs now been days of not receiving or being able to calls from my phone for days. We contacted Snarty and told just to reset network settings. Done this and worked for a very short while then went back to not working. Emailed Smarty and all we got was is it your phone etc. etc. No help at all
I have missed 2 calls from my doctors and numerous work calls, I am getting fed up with this and thinking of changing provider as whatโs the point of paying a monthly amount but canโt use your phone ????

Exactly the same has happened to me and Iโm an iPhone user. I have also done everything Smarty suggest but problem continues. Will certainly be looking to move providers if not resolved soon.

@Russell_2401950 That's a little surprising to hear, as it has more often been some Android phones that have struggled with calling on Smarty since most of the 3G coverage was turned off.
Has the signal strength changed recently where you are? Does the Smarty network status checker webpage show any issues in your area? I take it the iPhone is up to date with the latest iOS update?

Signal is the same but still the same when out and about so that doesnโt seem to be the problem. Doesnโt show any issues in area. Even phoning the answer phone after getting a text message doesnโt work.
Yes IPhone is all up to date.
so frustrating as I have to reset network settings every time I want to use the phone, unfortunately I canโt keep doing this. It is also happening to my wifeโs phone as well which is really weird. We have tried in all different areas of town etc no difference

@Russell_2401950 In that case I really can't think of what else to suggest. Like I said, while there have been numerous reports of problems with calls on Android phones since Three switched off most of their 3G, iPhones have tended to be fine. Unfortunately, it may be that you do indeed have to switch providers if things don't improve.
