Exactly the same has happened to me and I’m an iPhone user. I have also done everything Smarty suggest but problem continues. Will certainly be looking to move providers if not resolved soon.
Stopped working about three days ago. Not sure when 3G was switched off. Have checked phone this morning and managed to make a call but not receive one.
