Heloo.. my smarty account has been closed.. please i need my older smarty contact No reactivate

@AndrewS_918831  There is a 'contact us' link at the bottom of the forum page - it will take you to : https://smarty.co.uk/contact 

Are you really certain that the number hasn't been reallocated? Even then, it may not be possible to get it back if it has been a while - you can try though.

@SadiaNa_2438161  Not sure you can do that because the numbers are recycled after a period out of use; it will all depend upon when your account was closed.

You can web chat with Smarty Support to ask if they can assist you - we are forum members and have no access to accounts.

I have the same issue and the number is defintely not yet re allocated but I can't find how to use webchat. I need to speak to a person. Please can I have a link to webchat that works. The link just opens the FAQ page

i'm trying to get my old number on Smarty and it's rejecting the number and pac code, is there  a smarty customer care contact i can reach out to?

@EseyinJohnson  Ye, you contact them via the web chat. Please be aware that if the PAC is older than 30 days, it will have expired.

The PAC is less than 24 hours old

@EseyinJohnson  Firstly check the PAC with your old network and then have a web chat with  Smarty Support team.
