Are you really certain that the number hasn't been reallocated? Even then, it may not be possible to get it back if it has been a while - you can try though.
EseyinJohnson Ye, you contact them via the web chat. Please be aware that if the PAC is older than 30 days, it will have expired.
The PAC is less than 24 hours old
