WiFi Calling

When I purchased my Smarty SIM card with it's unique telephone number, I noticed the WiFi calling symbol at the top bar on my phone screen. Great, because that's the service I was attracted by. However, after porting my existing mobile number, I noticed that the symbol reverted to the ordinary plain WiFi symbol,

Does this mean my WiFi Calling is no longer active? And what can I do to reactivate it.

All settings actually state that I have WiFi on but without the symbol

@Nichola_3377023  May be worth turning phone to airplane mode (this cuts out use of standard mobile signal) and then trying to make a call.

Smarty does support wifi calling, but the phone will always attempt to make a call via standard mobile signal if possible.
