Hi there,
I've got sent a Black Friday deal recently from Smarty recently which gets me more data if I reactivate. I wanted to ask if I will be sent a new sim because I don't have my old Smarty sim anymore.

@FredCai_2251782 If it is more than 180 days since you had an active plan on the old sim, your account would have lapsed and the number would be gone. You can check by logging into your account to see if the number still shows.
If you have just lost the sim, you can order up a replacement via your dashboard. You account will be blocked until you activate the replacement.
