Hi guys. I ran out of data and bought an unlimited plan add on etc. It's not worked for two days. What is the issue?

Are you in the UK, or Roaming in EU?
If it's the latter, you do not have unlimited data but it is limited (I think 12GB is considered fair use while Roaming)
