I have been in hospital for over 7-months with "LONG COVID", and have just returned home after the long battle of delirium, only to find that my account has completely closed. How can re-open my account with a new sim?

@John-_739029 That sounds like very bad news. Glad to hear that you are better though!
There may be a problem in using the same email address as you already have an account.
I am thinking that you should be able to activate a sim on this account as there is no sim currently associated with the account. Probably worth checking this via a web chat with the Support Team.
(I am assuming that your actual account is live as you appear to be able to get into it to post here)
