I have always had no problems streaming with smarty. But recently, I'm having problems streaming with a lot of buffering. Phone works ok with broadband WiFi. In fact in the past smarty data has been more reliable than a friend's sky broadband. But not recently. I keep getting the washing machine

What is the signal strength (NOT coverage) where you are trying to stream?
Is there work being carried out on the local mast(s)?
Are there any particular times that are worse?
One or more of these may provide your answer.

I agree with Robin, I have both a Sim only for mifi device. Same for my mobile, during the day all seems okay. Both streaming and WiFi calling, then from no where! Buffering, buffering and more buffering. As if they have latched on to what and where I'm streaming from! As calls cam be fine one minute, then call drops and when I try to dial the number again it's failing without axtualling connecting or dail sound! I am seriously thinking it's about time to switch my provider! They don't listen when you make a complaint. They ask you to do alsorts of fixes. Although you've done it all before making a complaint! I've checked signal strength, coverage for the area, checked for maintenance. Nothing changes, they said it's because we are switching off 3G in your area. Your phone needs to be 4G or 5G well my phone was 2G,3G and 4G ready. It's become a real frustrating pain in the backside. Sorry I don't any answers though, other than switch you provider like me. @IanHann_1037592 If the problems start later in the day, is it possibly connected to congestion in your area when people get home and get onto the internet?
