Hi there, I am using a mifi 4g router hub, with unlimited data, but speeds is shocking not even reaching 0.5! I dont know why this is happening? I am in a 5g coverage area and using a big old style sim card in. So why is the speed so bad? This happens at at my parents too. The only reason why I joined smarty is because of the speeds and prices...

If your router supports 3G, you could try setting it either to switch between 3G and 4G, or to use 3G-only, just to see what difference that makes.
A good 3G signal can be better than a weak 4G one.

With the SMARTY network, using 3G will only be an option until end of 2024.
From 2025 onwards, SMARTY will only offer 4G and 5G mobile network services. No 2G. No 3G.
