Help please. 3 says there’s 99.9% coverage in the area I live. I’d say it’s more like0.01% even using WiFi it cuts out. I’ve never had such bad experiences with my mobile since joining Smarty. Is there any hope it’s going to improve in the near future ?

@CathyPa_3057821 Using wifi is related to your home broadband - or do you mean wifi calling?
As forum members, we don't know what or if there re any local problems in your area - have you tried a web chat with Smarty Support?

@debragr_2950645 Unfortunately, ranting with **bleep** words won't get you a lot of help.
Please try https://smarty.co.uk/complaints if web chat has not helped.

With SMARTY, I get great signal, great speeds and all at a low price. With EE, I get poor signal, slow speeds and high prices. Unfortunately, that’s the way radio communications work! Go with the network that works best at your location.

Sounds like you work for Smarty......

@debragr_2950645 Neither of us work for Smarty. The moderators who occasionally post here are employees.
When you refer to "your", we are not responsible for the signal - we are customers who seem to be satisfied with the service.

Just like all networks, SMARTY cannot guarantee 100% coverage or an entirely fault-free service. This information is detailed in our terms and conditions, which you read and agreed to upon signing up.
We use Three's network, and the network covers 99.5% of the UK population (outdoor). This does not guarantee coverage in your area, unfortunately.
SMARTY are always working developing the network, however, this process requires time and not something that can be accomplished over night.
SMARTY apologises for any inconveniences caused. We recognise how frustrating this can be.
We always recommend using the coverage checker to ensure that the area you are in has reliable coverage with SMARTY: https://smarty.co.uk/coverage-checker.
NOTE - Although we strive to make the coverage results on our online coverage checker as accurate as possible, the information is only a guide and does not guarantee service availability in a specific location. Our roll-out plans are updated regularly but may change over time.
We also recommend using our network status checker for any potential maintenance updates: https://smarty.co.uk/network-status-checker.
It is also worth testing the SIM in another device to see if the issue persists. It may be a device related issue.
However, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our team: https://smarty.co.uk/contact.
