What do you mean sometimes it works? Is there a scale to times? Every day! every day checking what is going on is giving my post code ME& 5AN ... still the same answer: you are serializing the device / antenna. So I'm asking - do you service the antenna every month? Is it just a lie?

@Radosla_2063533 Unfortunately, you seem to have posted as if you were already in a discussion with someone at Smarty. We donโt know the original problem, but I donโt know why it would matter how often an antenna were servicedโฆas long as it is working!

Okay @Radosla_2063533, are you're seeing the following at your location?
If instead you use the Three UK network status checker, there's a similar message, which mentions their Big Network Build (see below).
I think the Big Network Build activity includes Three UK (SMARTY's parent company) upgrading the backhaul segment of their network infrastructure, which could take months. I've had this message in my area for around 12-months now.

Since I have been with Smarty in June, I have quite frankly been amazed at the number of people who obtain a Smarty SIM purely on price, without checking the coverage of Three, Smartyโs parent network, where they live, work and socialise.
You absolutely have to check the coverage on whatever network you plan to use before parting with your hard earned cash. Where I live for example, O2 is extremely poor, so I wonโt use O2 or any MVNOโs that use O2, such as Tesco Mobile.
Before I switched to Smarty, it was imperative that I check the coverage of Three where I mostly use my phone, to ensure that it gave me the coverage I require.
