Poor Signal and getting worse

A couple of months ago my smarty signal got worse and now it's got to the stage that I am struggling to even send a text no matter make a call! So frustrating, signal checker says all ok! I put my entire family on Smarty and we are all the same. Big mistake!

@Loz591 Have you tried to use it in other areas? Is it OK there?

Yes it works well everywhere else, 'three' did some work on our main mast (two miles away) at the end of last year and it was never the same.

@Loz591  Unfortunately, if you need to use the phone at home quite a bit this is going to be a problem unless they do some other work on the mast.

This is not an uncommon problem with mobile signal generally - I'm sure I is not just with Smarty.
