Hey, my phone has been working fine for years and all of a sudden today when I try to make a call it is saying it is not registering the network. Initially a restart corrected the issue, but it is not working at all now.

This is the Smarty community forum, we are customers just like you, we dont wotk for Smarty.
Try cleaning the gold contacts on your SIM card. If that doesnt work, if you csn, borrow an unlocked phone or use an old unlocked phone, and put your SIM in that, which will show if its a phone issue or SIM issue.
If the SIM is at fault, order a new one from your account dashboard.

@LucyDohe_101855 In addition to what @RovingRaspberry says, firstly you should try a Network Status check to ensure that your local mast has not gone down. Secondly, can you try someone else's sim in the phone? This should give an indication of whether or not it is the sim itself or a phone fault.
