My sim has been on pause for awhile. I have re started it on the app
hiwever having re started it it still shows in the app as paused.
i looked at my bank app and it says payment of
£0 pending. That is not a missprint it does say nil pounds pending
should I try and re start the sim again

I would just give it a bit of time now for your service to reactivate. I think the £0 pending payment will just be Smarty checking that your payment details are still valid.

@DavidBa_1848233 I would log in to your account via the website rather than app - it often seems more reliable.
