Parent account closed - group accounts active - cant change payment details

Hello
I have an account which contains two nickname accounts .
The Parent account belonged to a sim that I lost ages ago, and it has since closed.
The two nickname accounts under it are functioning just fine.
I have a new payment card, the old one expired .
I cannot change the payment details in the parent account because it is closed.
I cannot de-register the child accounts auto renew because it needs to bill something to the expired card.
Any way around this ?
I am happy to create two new accounts to get around this , and have two new smarty sims .
Can I port my existing numbers from the old smarty sims to the new smarty sims using a PAC .

@JohnMah_1752885 You cannot port between sims with the same provider.
I think that you need to have a web chat with Support Team to try and resolve this - they have access to accounts.
