@ArponDe_2547387 Firstly, look at your account dashboard. If you activated a sim, it should show the telephone number allocated and also the Smarty plan that you purchased.
If there are any problems, you will need a web chat with the Smarty Support Team.

I have gone Dashboard and see purchased Data (60 GB), but my sim is not active yet, and i don’t get any new sim yet order after 2 week.
