  • Hi,i am Arpon. Last 20th February i  put money in smarty but my sim is not activated yet.what should i do.

@ArponDe_2547387 Firstly, look at your account dashboard. If you activated a sim, it should show the telephone number allocated and also the Smarty plan that you purchased.

If there are any problems, you will need a web chat with the Smarty Support Team.

I have gone Dashboard and see purchased Data (60 GB), but my sim is not active yet,  and i don’t get any new sim yet order after 2 week.

Hi, today i get my orderd new smarty sim and its great, thank you very much smarty team👍❤️..
