How long for old number to Port over?

I have just joined and was asked for my Pac number, I am wondering how long is expected to wait cor my number to port over?&nbsp;

LSM7012​ Is the PAC code still in date? They expire after 30 days. Can you check it with your old network?You did leave your old number 'live' with the previous network?

LSM7012​ I don't think that your number would be blocked from returning to Smarty. Rather, they would welcome you back with open arms.Clutching at straws.....is the PAC definitely in correct format? Three capital letters plus six numbersI think?Have you tried a web chat with Smarty for them to check?

Hi, I'm trying to use my PAC code but keep getting this message when I enter my old phone number:

"Please re-check if your number is correct and try again".

I have double checked that both the PAC and my phone number have been entered correctly. Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

My new temporary number from Smarty is already active and working. But I really need to keep my older number for work purposes.

Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for replying. The PAC was generated by Talkmobile yesterday on 29/5/26. My old number is still active with them.I have attempted to use my PAC on the Smarty website and in the Smarty app. But keep getting the same message to recheck my old number. The card payment for my account with Smarty has gone through and I have received all the registration emails. The temporary number from Smarty is also working fine.My old network is Talkmobile and on their portal it shows that my PAC is ready and not yet used. I was on a rolling monthly contract with no termination fee. So I believe this means that I should now be able to use my PAC without any further steps needed from Talkmobile.Previously I was with Smarty over a year ago with the same phone number. But left on good terms and mostly due to a major network outage in my area at the time. Could this be relevant to the issue? In case the number has been blocked from returning.Not sure what to do at this stage. Any help would be good, thanks.&nbsp;
