Lack of Internet connection...Solved
I have unlimited data contract but have had issues with connecting to Internet although phone works.
Just found a message from smarty giving a different Access Point Name. On my samsung I am able to add an additional APN and keep the original ( just in case)
I changed Name to 3 instead of SMARTY
Everything else is the same. So far it works !

It didn't solve the problem after all
I spoke too soon
It still keeps failing so I switch the name from 3 to smarty and back ( and vice versa) whenever it stop connecting to the internet
