I accidentally paid £10 twice last month. Now I am getting a message saying I only have 7 days left.
So why isn't that extra £10 that smarty has in my account being used for the next monthly top-up?

@stephen_2024386 You will need to check your Account Dashboard carefully to see where the money was applied.
If you believe that there is an error, then a web chat with Smarty Support should sort it.
