Why hasnt my number been transfered over from 3 to my smarty account ? I entered my PAC code when i registered with smarty on the 27/04/23. Please someone from smarty contact me to let me know whats going on.
Hi @martinm_2012380 porting your number takes up to 1 business day to complete. This means it won't happen over the weekend or bank holidays. As @Tascha says, transfers do not happen over weekends or bank holidays. If it was quite late on 27/04 when you completed the request, I'm guessing that it would perhaps count as 28/04 and the next business day would therefore be 02/05.
