So i've activated my Smarty sim, and want to keep my old number.
Problem is it won't process, i've tried two different pac codes now and input my old phone number, and it just comes back with this; Please re-check if your number is correct and try again
Can anyone help, otherwise i'll have to cancel my contract and stay with Giffgaff which i don't want to do.
