Pac code isn't working

So i've activated my Smarty sim, and want to keep my old number.

Problem is it won't process, i've tried two different pac codes now and input my old phone number, and it just comes back with this; Please re-check if your number is correct and try again

Can anyone help, otherwise i'll have to cancel my contract and stay with Giffgaff which i don't want to do.

Hi I took have this issue  it just keeps saying

@LindseyB_334162  In that case, you should firstly simply type in the code rather than copy and paste.

If that doesn't work, is the PC code less than 30 days old? They expire if unused.

Still no success? Then follow advice from @Rebekah_150  in the post above yours.
