I am moving from GiffGaff to Smarty but the PAC code they have given me won't work in the smarty portal. GiffGaff have checked and the PAC code is correct and valid but it still won't accept it in the portal and I cannot get to talk to anyone !!!

Hey @AndrewPa_285212
SMARTY is a digital-first business, so our primary method of communication is via web chat.

@AndrewPa_285212 Are you definitely entering the PAC correctly? Just so you know, the first three characters are letters, then the rest are numbers (just so there's no confusion between '0' and 'o', etc).
Also, are you definitely entering the correct mobile number, and in whatever format Smarty are asking for it in? Smarty's systems will go off and confirm that the PAC is valid for the specific mobile number you enter, so if the mobile number was entered incorrectly, that could potentially stop the PAC working, even if the PAC itself is correct.

Yeah, I have triple checked all the details are correct and even GiffGaff have checked their end to ensure that the PAC code is correctly associated with the number I want to PAC over and everything is correct so it’s a Smarty issue rather than an input error
