How do I change my smarty number

I joined recently and have been receiving a huge amount of spam calls and texts and would like a new number but can't find how I do this?

If there is a link I should follow please let me know.

    There are like 500 a day, different numbers.
    My phone said "Volume rate exceeded"

    Have you tried adding the numbers of those unwanted calls/texts to your block list.

      Graeme_404​ That is a good idea, but some of the scum scammers have a method of making it look like their call has come from a genuine UK number...and it isn't always the same one.

    Speak to customer services but I must say that they were very much against doing it for me. In the end I told them that if they didn't I would leave. I never did find out what their problem was!

        I found the web chat eventually. it's a button I had to view page source to find the link
