I looked at my bank statement today and smarty have taken my monthly payment twice on the same day.
How do I get it back

Hi @DerekWad_819229 your best bet is to take it up via web chat with Support team as only they can look into your account. I'm sure that you will have no problem if it's a genuine error.
Don't suppose you have accidentally confused the system somehow by choosing another plan?
