@LeslieC_2531490 No, you are not connected to an agent. as I explained above, we are custoemrs and members of the forum, just like you.
When you explain a problem here, it is quite common for one of the members to try and offerhelp and advice.
As I said, marking a post as Acceptable Solution will possibly make people skipto the next thgread as they believe that yours has been adequately answered.
