When you explain a problem here, it is quite common for one of the members to try and offerhelp and advice.

Check if your phone is compatible with Smarty's 4G calling.

@GhulamM_2980949 Was everything working recently? Have you done a Network Status check to see if there is a local problem on the mast? After that, follow advice from @SmartyTrousers
