I am shortly travelling to Turkey but only for 2 days (cruise) then in October travelling to Isle of Man for 2 days which would be the best add on?
Thanks in anticipation

Hello @Patrici_1222661 If you take a look at the Price Guide: https://cdn.smarty.co.uk/files/SMARTY-Price-Guide.pdf then you will see an explanation on P14
You will also see that Isle of Man is band 1A and Turkey is band 1, so you can calculate how much top up you are likely to need based on how many calls and how much internet data you usually need.
Don't forget that you may be able to use free wifi in both places and make calls via something like WhatsApp to people who have that app.

The cruise ship may also be offering some form of wifi package. The speeds used to be horrendous, but more recently they have changed systems and are quite reasonable - however cost maybe not so much!! (Some ships use Starlink and that seems OK if expensive)

Absolutely, Wi-Fi speeds on board cruise ships these days are good, but the Wi-Fi packages cost an arm and a leg, plus a kidney !

The advice from @MSF is spot on.
However, I saw the word โcruiseโ in your post. Remember that whilst at sea, any mobile phone coverage will range from inconsistent to non-existent, and more than likely only when the cruise ship is sailing close to the shore, and when the ship is out on the open seas, it wonโt be near mobile phone masts.
