Otp message not coming

Maybe try turning off your handset, for at least 30 minutes - good luck @Rimon.

What handset are you using with your SMARTY SIM card?

Have you checked in the phone settings to see that it shows your ported number?

If you read the previous messages in this thread, re turning off your phone and turning it back on, that should do the trick.
