Hi,
I need to order a replacement sim and have been trying to follow the link set out in the FAQ and that was sent to me by the bot… but it keeps taking me to the login page. Once I login, I’m not redirected anywhere and can’t seem to find the right page myself. So I’ll search for help once logged in, click on the link and get taken to a new login page. It goes round and round like this. Can anyone tell me how to get to the “replacement sim” page from the dashboard? Or have a different link I can use?

@RajiKel_1920222 Good morning. I think that the first step should be to clear your browser.
I can only see the one link in the help article. If you cannot get anywhere, try a web chat with the Support team.
Good luck! Don't forget that your sim will be suspended while they send a replacement sim.

Hi @RajiKel_1920222 , we only have one link, I've just tested it and it is working fine here replacement sim - @MSF spot on advice!
