How do you see a modem I tried to transfer my number almost a month ago and now the code is expire and my number still not been transferred not happy at all.

@VictorB_2158124 Presumably you completed the request via your account and put in the number you wanted to transfer and also the PAC code from your old network.
At that time, you would have been given a date for the transfer.
Once the transfer takes place, your old number should show in your account dashboard.
If you followed the above procedure and the number has not transferred, then you will need to web chat with the Support Team so that they can take a look at your account.
