Number Port Nightmare

My number was supposed to be ported from Lebara to Smarty nearly 3 weeks ago, yet nothing has happened.

SMARTY sent out a replacement SIM and that also doesn't work.

I try Smarty's awful chat everyday and all of them are completely useless. All they say is the port was completed and there is no issues. 

I am desperate to get someone in UK customer services to solve this issue as all the foreign chat agents are useless and don't listen.

How can this be resolved without losing my telephone number?

@Rimal  Firstly, I recommend that you check your account dashboard on the website log in. Does your number show on your account? Do you have a current Smarty plan? If yes to both, then your account SHOULD be fine.

If all is still not well, I recommend raising a complaint via the website if the support team are not solving your issue. If you have not been able to use the plan you purchased, then you should ask them to credit back some money or extend the plan.
