I feel for you - It's nearly 3 weeks since my port was supposed to occur yet i can't make calls / sms and don't receive them. My number was supposed to be ported from Lebara to Smarty nearly 3 weeks ago, yet nothing has happened. SMARTY sent out a replacement SIM and that also doesn't work. I try Smarty's awful chat everyday and all of them are completely useless. All they say is the port was completed and there is no issues. I am desperate to get someone in UK customer services to solve this issue as all the foreign chat agents are useless and don't listen.
