This is the Smarty community forum, we are customers just like you, we dont work for Smarty.
Webchat with Smarty staff is available from 8 AM to 8 PM each day.
You can also check the network status to see what, if anything, is the issue with your local mast, whether its faulty, being repaired, upgraded, etc

@ElaineT_2712171 Itmay be more useful to web chat with Smarty so that they are definitely aware.
We are forum members like you and so cannot do anything about it, nor do we have further info.
