HELP PLEASE  am trying to set this mobile up 😥

This is the Smarty community forum, we are customers just like yourself. 

To try to help, we would need some more info :

1, Have you activated a Smarty SIM card and bought a plan ? 

2, Are you certain you have coverage on Three, Smarty’s parent company, where you live, work and socialise ?

3, Is the phone you are trying to set up unlocked for use with any network ? If you are trying to use a 2G handset, it won’t work with Smarty, as it would need to be 3G at a minimum.

I have bought a plan and have Smarty SIM card and received email from Smarty confirming I am up and running. I was previously with Three so know that I have good coverage.

Are you sure you have inserted the correct SIM? I ask because SMARTY usually ship two SIM cards. Maybe you inserted the blank SIM that was intended for a friend.
